This dynamic duo is comprised of two sisters Kyra and
Bianca Noons. Born in Nairobi, the capital of Kenya East Africa, to an
English father and Jamaican mother. They became part of the Kenyan
Culture and the English culture, then moving to Jamaica became part of
the Jamaican culture . Two independently unique voices join together
combining their lyrical ability with intricate harmonies and catchy
melodies. The Sisters are currently promoting and performing their Album
Live-N-Direct which features the dynamic duo Sly & Robbie on drum and
bass, Robbie lyn on the keyboards, Beeze on Guitar, and the legendary
guitarist Ernie Ranglin is also featured on the album. The majority of
the album was recorded and engineered by John Pops Dowling in

International Festival in Houston Opening for Burning Spear,Sierra
Nevada World Music Festival in Boonville California with major artists
such as Gregory Isaacs, U-Roy, Cocoa Tea, Culture, Don Carlos, Ken
Boothe, Cornel Campbell, Inner Visions, to name a few. Libraries all
over Houston for their summer teen age outreach program. 2006

Kaiser Sports Club in St. Elizabeth Jamaica, in front of an audience of
over 20,000 people. Neutral tributed their performance to the late Pele
Lanier, who was both their Manager and beloved friend. Bob Marley

press/media: Gargamel magazine(England) 2001: Neutral Sisters formed
relationships With Pops John Dowling: vocal producer extraordinaire, Sly
Dunbar and Robbie Shakespeare. The recording of the music and vocals
began on album Live-N-Direct. 2000 performances: Bob Marley Festival (Houston).In
March they shared the stage with Luciano in Negril on the Tropical
Insanity tour, co-ordinated by Walter Elmore, Reggae Sumfest 2000.
Opened for Bone Thugs and Harmony and Beenie Man at the Aquasol
